If you like it hot then this is the recipe for you! Don’t worry you can add the spices to suit your preference and how much you can handle the heat. I love making this spicy chilli beef stew for when we have friends round, as you can serve it on top of nachos with cheese or inside tortilla wraps or even by itself with with a tasty crisp salad.
Natural Gains Ginger Cake
I went to my friends house the other day and she made her Grandmas ginger cake, so it would of been rude not to have a couple of slices with a cuppa! And boy was it delicious! It reminded me how much I love ginger cake. So I wanted to make a cake which still tasted of yummy ginger, but was made using nutritional ingredients.

My diet consists mainly of these little muffins of goodness! I make a batch of these at least once a week and they are great for using any over ripe bananas in the fruit bowl, as there’s no waste in this house! They also make the sweetest banana bread if they are extra ripe.
